1. Eligibility
Anyone who wishes to purchase in bulk for reselling, gifting, or distribution may apply for a wholesale account — no business registration is required.
2. Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)
- Minimum opening order: ₱40,000.00 or 48 boxes of any product.
- Reorders must meet a minimum of ₱20,0000 or 24 boxes of any product.
- Orders below the MOQ will be processed at regular retail price.
3. Pricing and Payments
- All prices are quoted in Philippine Pesos (₱) and are inclusive of shipping fees unless stated otherwise.
- Wholesale pricing is exclusive to approved resellers and must remain confidential.
- Full payment is required before shipment.
- Accepted payment methods: GCash, Bank Transfer, or Credit Card Payments.
- Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
4. Shipping and Delivery
- Orders are shipped from our main warehouse in Sta. Maria Bulacan.
- Processing time: 2 - 3 business days after payment confirmation.
- Shipping costs are shouldered by the seller.
5. Returns and Exchanges
- Returns are not accepted unless items are defective, incorrect, or damaged upon arrival.
- Claims must be submitted within 5 business days after receiving your order, with photos and proof of purchase.
- Approved claims will be replaced or credited toward your next order.
- Non-moving items that are strictly within 3 months before expiration may be accepted for replacement, subject to prior approval and inspection,within 30 days.
- Items must be unopened, in good condition, and part of an active product line.
- Shipping costs for returning and replacing such items are to be covered by the buyer.
- Requests made beyond the 3-month expiration window will not be eligible for replacement.
6. Resale Policy
- Products must be sold at or above the Suggested Retail Price (SRP) unless approved for a special promo.
- Resellers are not allowed to rebrand, alter, or repackage the products.
- Selling on e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop) is allowed only with prior approval from the brand.
- However, you may freely sell through your own website, online store, or social media pages.
7. International Orders
- Orders are shipped FOB Manila
- Buyers are responsible for freight, customs duties, import taxes, and local clearance fees in their respective countries.
- Estimated lead time for export shipments is 7–14 business days after payment confirmation.
- Due to international logistics, returns and exchanges are not accepted unless items are defective or damaged upon arrival, verified within 7 business days of receipt.
- Non-moving items that are strictly within 3 months before expiration may be accepted for replacement, subject to prior approval and inspection,within 30 days.
- Items must be unopened, in good condition, and part of an active product line.
- Shipping costs for returning and replacing such items are to be covered by the buyer.
- Requests made beyond the 3-month expiration window will not be eligible for replacement.
