JUJU Wholesale Program — Frequently Asked Questions

1. Who can apply for a JUJU wholesale account?

Anyone who wants to buy in bulk for reselling, gifting, or distribution can apply. You don’t need a registered business to qualify — we welcome both individuals and organizations who want to share JUJU with their communities.

2. What is the minimum order requirement?

Your first order must be at least ₱40,000 or 48 boxes per product. For reorders, the minimum is ₱20,000 or 24 boxes per product. Orders below the minimum will be processed at regular retail prices.

3. How much profit can I earn as a JUJU wholesale partner?

Our wholesale partners enjoy up to 30% profit margin per sale, with a 36% reorder rate — proving that JUJU customers come back for more.

4. How do I pay for my wholesale order?

We accept GCash, bank transfer, or credit card payments. Full payment is required before your order is shipped. We do not accept Cash on Delivery.

5. How long does shipping take?

Orders are processed within 2–3 business days after payment confirmation. All items are shipped from our main warehouse in Sta. Maria, Bulacan. Shipping costs are shouldered by us unless otherwise stated.

6. What if some items arrive damaged or incorrect?

If you receive defective, damaged, or wrong items, please notify us within 5 business days with photos and proof of purchase. Approved claims will be replaced or credited to your next order.

7. What happens if I can’t sell some stocks before they expire?

We offer a risk-free partnership. If any JUJU products remain unsold within 3 months before expiration, you may request a replacement within 30 days, subject to approval and inspection. Items must be unopened, in good condition, and part of an active product line.

8. Can I sell JUJU online?

Yes — you may sell through your own website, social media pages, or online store.

However, selling on Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, Amazon, or other marketplaces requires prior approval from the JUJU team.

9. Can I rebrand or repackage JUJU products?

No. To protect the brand’s integrity and customer trust, wholesalers cannot rebrand, alter, or repackage JUJU products in any way.

10. How is the Suggested Retail Price (SRP) enforced?

All JUJU products must be sold at or above the SRP (₱1,099–₱1,299) unless a special promo has been approved by the brand. This ensures fair pricing and profitability for all partners.

11. Can I mix different JUJU products to reach the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

Yes. You may combine different JUJU variants to meet the MOQ, as long as each product meets the required minimum per SKU (e.g., 6 boxes per product).

12. Do you provide marketing materials for resellers?

Yes. Approved wholesale partners gain access to our official product photos, descriptions, and social media assets to help with promotion.

13. What shipping options are available for international orders?

We primarily ship FOB Manila via trusted international couriers or freight forwarders. Buyers may also arrange their own pickup or preferred logistics partner, provided full coordination is done before shipment.

14. Who handles customs clearance and import taxes?

All freight, customs duties, import taxes, and clearance fees are the buyer’s responsibility. We recommend coordinating with your local customs office or broker to estimate fees before placing an order.
