Shipping and Refund Policy
Our company aim is to provide customers a fast and reliable delivery service.
Successfully placed orders are verified and prepared within 24 to 48 hours ,after which your order will be delivered to your designated address. This will be processed by our fulfillment team from Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and holidays.
Once your order has been processed and dispatched, you will receive tracking details via email/SMS.
We deliver nationwide, with the exception of some areas outside of our logistics partner’s delivery zones.
If your order has not arrived even after our standard delivery time, please let us know through email@example.com.
It doesn't happen often but in the unlikely event you’re unhappy with your order and want to return it that’s no problem! Just contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will help you with the returns process.
However, we will only accept returns for damaged and faulty goods that are NOT opened - this is due to health protection and/or hygiene rules. These items can be returned within 30 days from the received date, after that we will not be able to process the requested refund.
Damaged and wrongly shipped items may be requested for return to us within 30 days from the received date.
